REFUND POLICY: Credit Collections Bureau has no obligation to refund consumers for any reason once a payment has been authorized. However, in the event of an over-payment due to adjustments or previous non-reported payments, Credit Collections Bureau will attempt to refund the amount of the over-payment back to the original Credit/Debit/HSA card that was used to facilitate payment. In the event that the original card is no longer valid, CCB will send a check via regular United States Postal Service first class mail to the original authorized payer.

In general, the personal information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you or provide reasonable safeguards to verify identity. CO: A consumer has the right to request in writing that a debt collector or collection agency cease further communication with a consumer. A written request to cease communication will not prohibit the debt collector or collection agency from taking any other action authorized by law to collect the debt.
