We accept Mastercard & Visa.

HSA cards should only be used for medical debt account payments.


Maximum daily ACH(bank) payment of $10,000 will be accepted. If your balance is more, please pay maximum amount and allow for processing before making another payment.

REFUND POLICY: Credit Collections Bureau has no obligation to refund consumers for any reason once a payment has been authorized. However, in the event of an over-payment due to adjustments or previous non-reported payments, Credit Collections Bureau will attempt to refund the amount of the over-payment back to the original Credit/Debit/HSA card that was used to facilitate payment. In the event that the original card is no longer valid, CCB will send a check via regular United States Postal Service first class mail to the original authorized payer.

 

 PRIVACY POLICY: Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your personal information with third parties. In general, the personal information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you or provide reasonable safeguards to verify identity. Non-Personal Information: In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the site.

 

CO: A consumer has the right to request in writing that a debt collector or collection agency cease further communication with a consumer. A written request to cease communication will not prohibit the debt collector or collection agency from taking any other action authorized by law to collect the debt.
